RISHI KISHORE

Rishi Kishore is co-founder of RRIHS and has served in various senior leadership roles for RRIHS before joining as CEO in January 2019 with a strong company culture committed to client centric care, compliance and clinical excellence. Prior to forming Responsible Reliable Integrated Healthcare Solutions Rishi has worked as a skilled clinical Physical Therapist in various Healthcare settings and has a master’s degree in Adult Neurology. Rishi published research numerous research articles and papers over the 17 years of clinical practice on various neurological conditions including stroke and parkinson’s disease. Rishi also comes from a teaching background and has worked as asst professor until 2007 and still likes to take lectures and presentations on various health care topics for students, healthcare works and special groups. Rishi also has a diploma in yoga therapy, acupressure, acupuncture and is member of APTA and IAP.

JIM HOLTSLAG

Jim Holtslag is a registered and licensed occupational therapist (OT) who received his Master’s of Occupational Therapy in 2011.  He is a former Environmental Engineer who found his passion for OT after his daughter was born with a cognitive impairment. During the past 8 years, James has gained a deep understanding of how to deliver high quality OT services to homebound individuals in our community.  He also has experience working in other areas of OT such as acute, short-term rehab, and community-based settings before finding his true calling in home health.  James develops personalized interventions to assist clients of all ages regain strength and independence with their daily activities, or ‘occupations’.  He also has extensive training in memory care interventions, as well as family and caregiver education to promote the client's best ability to function. James is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.  He brings the energy and integrity necessary to thrive in the home health setting.

STEPHANIE COPPOLA

Director of Rehabilitation

Stephanie is a graduate of Baker College, Flint. She is involved in training and supervising staff members, developing innovative programming as well as direct patient care.
Stephanie provides therapy services in home/community settings and specializes in geriatrics and neurocognitive disorders.
Her interests center around enhancing the quality of life of community dwelling seniors, promoting successful aging and adaptations for seniors with chronic illnesses.

STEPHANIE GABRIEL

Stephanie Gabriel graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology. After moving back to her home state of Michigan, Stephanie decided to further her education at Oakland University earning herself a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2007 Stephanie began her nursing career at DMC’s Children's Hospital of Michigan where she was PALS and chemotherapy certified while she cared for kids struggling with cancer, hematological and renal disorders. Continuing on with her passion for pediatrics, Stephanie left her CHM position and began working at Crittenton Hospital (currently known as Ascension Hospital). In addition to pediatric care, Stephanie expanded her scope into post-op gynecological surgeries as well as postpartum and newborn nursery. Enjoying adult care Stephanie decided to branch out and began working at Clarkston Speciality- a long term residential facility. It was here were Stephanie’s strong work ethic, patient care skills and communication was recognized and she was promoted into a management role, holding the title Assistant Director of Nursing. In addition to day to day managerial duties, Stephanie became the facilities Wound Care Nurse and revamped the program. Delving into management lit an entrepreneurial fire under her and she transitioned to Director of Medical Supply Sales for small company. After a wide range of nursing positions, Stephanie realized what she loved the most about nursing, and it had nothing to do with the age of the patient or type of illness. Currently working in home health care, Stephanie found her passion to be building relationships with patients and families and quality of time spent with them, all while delivering her best nursing skills.

ANDREW HOLMES

Experienced Web Developer with a demonstrated history of working in marketing and technical fields. Skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Javascript, SCSS/CSS, Microsoft Word, PHP, and WordPress. Strong technical professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Media and Information focused in Interactive and Social Media from Michigan State University. Andrew is passionate about understanding and improving the reach and interaction of the projects he develops and manages. He is also dedicated to his own health and wellness focusing on diet and fitness to overcome obesity. Andrew enjoys camping in Northern Michigan hiking the trails and taking in the historical sites that dot the state.
